By placing Order on the www.jayitasoulart.com (the Website), you acknowledge that you are bound by the terms and conditions listed below:

1. On receiving full payment in advance, the artworks will be delivered/shipped to the buyer through a good reputed courier within 4 to 5 business working days in a rolled format and in protective cylinders or in framed. Abroad seven business working days.
2. If there is any damage to the artwork in transit the buyer should not accept the parcel and should notify by email at connect@jayitasoulart.com immediately. In such a case the purchase amount will not be refunded back to the buyer. The buyer will receive another artworks as per his/her choice within the same amount.
3. Buyer shall agree to pay all costs, charges plus all the applicable taxes if required for the purchases artwork. When Shipping address is outside of India, payment should be made in Dollars.
4. While great care is taken to reproduce the colours and form of paintings as depicted on the website/computer screen/digital it is understood that since each painting is individually painted there may be a slight variations in shade, colour and brightness. We try to maintain the image as it is with original artworks. No complaints in this regard would be entertained.
5. I will provide an authenticity certificate at the time of shipping the artworks.
6. The copyright of all the paintings always remains with the artist.
7. The Artist shall have the right to cancel any order placed on the website at any time prior to the delivery of the Object, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
8. Copyright of all such images on this site remain with the artist at all times.
