SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

PACKAGING

We ship paintings rolled form (which is unframed) in hard tube container or stretched canvas Painting in wooden box in a very good packaging. Whether a specific painting is in roll form or in stretched canvas form is clearly stated in the “Artwork Specifications” section of each painting.

ORDER DISPATCH

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 4 to 5 days’ time from your order date. The orders received on Sunday/Holidays may take additional 1 to 2 days’ time, after confirmation.

You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with the AWB number of the logistics partner. You can use the AWB to track your shipment on the website of the logistics partner. We may also send you a URL via email which can click to directly track your order.

ORDER DELIVERY

For India:

The logistics partner usually delivers the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID. 

In some rare cases, any delays can be brought to our notice by emailing at connect@jayitasoulart.com and we shall provide you with better information for your query.

International orders (Outside of India):

Every package goes from one checkpoint to another before it gets delivered to you safely, the process takes time but the travel is quick. SHIPPING CHARGES 

Shipping within India:

I offer free shipping for all orders within India.

International Shipping:

International shipping charges are applicable as per the weight of the products in your order and this will be automatically added to your cart at Check Out. Our shipping charges are on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

All the product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient of the order, you shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties to receive your order on arrival. Failing to do so your order might get stuck at the customs department or it may return back to our warehouse and in such cases, we will not be able to refund the shipping charges if it returns back to us and also deduct the charges for the return.
